How conversion works
Each expense keeps the currency it was paid in. Expenny converts it with the daily exchange rate for the expense's date, so a hotel paid last Tuesday is converted at last Tuesday's rate. Your list shows both amounts, for example "13.40 USD (2,000 JPY)".
Families in different currencies
If you and a family member use different home currencies, each of you sees the household's shared expenses converted into your own. Change your home currency in Settings and the converted amounts are recalculated.
On the road
Snap receipts as you go, even without signal. Manual entries and edits work offline; receipt, voice and text entries are queued and read when you reconnect.
